What services do you offer?

How do I book TGP for services?

Clients may book services via phone or email. All collaborators such as influencers/creators, artists, directors, producers, etc., must submit the form located on our services page.
What is your deposit policy?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings and must be paid before any work beings. No booking is held without a deposit.
Do you offer refunds?

Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are not offered once work has started, due to the time and resources used in production.
What if I need to reschedule?

Rescheduling is allowed once, and must be done so at least 24 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling will require a new deposit.
Do you serve outside of Columbia, SC?

While TGP primarily serves in Columbia, SC, we are available for travel to different cities and states. Any travel located outside of Columbia may include an extensive travel fee.
How much are travel fees?

Travel fees are calculated on a project-by-project basis and are determined by the event location, travel distance, schedule, and overall production logistics. Travel fees will be discussed prior to bookings.
Who will provide and perform my service?

All services are provided by Talented Genius Productions. Our services are solo performed by Tyler Gatling.

Do you provide services on weekends?

Business call hours are open Monday through Thursday, closed Friday through Sunday. Although we are closed on weekends, we still dedicate time to provide our services on those days.
Do you have a physical location?

We do not have a physical location as of yet. But we are continuing to build the future towards it.
Are there any consultation fees?

A 10 minute consultation session is free. 30+ minutes consultation sessions require a $50 fee.
